1. Join Our Volunteer Program

At BBM Foundation, volunteering is more than giving time — it’s about walking together in purpose, integrity, and service. As we grow, we are strengthening our volunteer program to ensure every volunteer feels equipped, supported, and valued while making a real impact in our communities.

What to Expect as a BBM Volunteer

Structured Onboarding & Induction

All volunteers will go through a formal induction process designed to set you up for success. This includes:

A Volunteer Handbook and introductory video hosted on the GraceFilled Learning portal
A short online quiz to ensure clarity and alignment
A simple electronic volunteer application form

This process helps us build a shared understanding of our values, expectations, and mission.

Volunteer Community & Support

Our volunteer cycle runs for three months. Once a quarter we’ll share a “Volunteers Needed” flyer across our social media platforms, highlighting current needs.

Volunteers will receive BBM Program Lapels, allowing you to choose and represent the program you feel called to champion.

We host ongoing Volunteer Huddles, including prayer, encouragement, & communication
